Lake Huron & Georgian Bay Lake Whitefish is considered one of the best tasting freshwater fish with medium firm texture, large flakes, mild flavour and just enough fat due to its cold water habitat. The environment from which the Lake Whitefish comes is truly iconic. It lives in the world’s largest freshwater archipelago, also known as the 30,000 Islands of Georgian Bay and or Lake Huron. These islands and inlets, along with the thousand kilometers of undeveloped shorelines, excellent water quality, bait and shelter conditions make Georgian Bay and Lake Huron an ideal location for the fish to live. 

All of my fish products are sold as boneless fillets.  They are also packaged  in a vacuum pack and then frozen promptly to ensure quality.
