This box contains:

• 4-6 lbs of steak (2 steaks per package aprox 1 lb per package) any combination of ( Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Striploin, Blade, Flank, Rib eye, T bone, Tenderloin, Ribeye),
• 5 - 8 lbs roasts, Shoulder, Round, Rump, Eye of the Round, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Blade,
• 8-10 lbs of lean grass fed ground beef
• 3-4 lbs stew beef
• 3-5 lbs braising ribs (also known as korean short ribs) and/or back ribs
• Total 30 pounds per box all butcher paper wrapped with exception to the ground beef....
